Welcome to Saawariya Travels. By accessing our website, making an inquiry, or booking any travel service with Saawariya Travels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and official confirmation from Saawariya Travels.
  • Saawariya Travels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to operational, payment, or compliance reasons.

2. Payment Policy

  • Customers must make payments as per the agreed booking terms.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • From booking date up to 9 days before departure – 30% of total package cost
  • 7 days before departure – 50% of total package cost
  • 3 to 5 days before departure – 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 72 hours before departure or no-show – 100% of total package cost

4. No-Show & Unutilized Booking Policy

  • In case of no-show, missed departure, unused hotel booking, unused transport service, or partially utilized booking, no refund shall be applicable unless specifically approved under applicable supplier policies.
  • Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 90 days from the travel date or hotel check-in date.
  • No refund request shall be entertained after 90 days, and such unclaimed amounts shall be treated as forfeited.

5. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds shall be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, hotels, transport providers, airlines, or other third-party service providers.
  • Saawariya Travels shall process refunds only after receiving confirmation from the respective service provider, wherever applicable.

6. Changes & Modifications

  • Any request for change in travel dates, destinations, hotel category, vehicle type, passenger details, or itinerary shall be subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes may not be possible.

7. Pricing & Additional Charges

Unless clearly mentioned in writing, the following may be charged separately:

  • Toll charges
  • Parking charges
  • State permits
  • Driver allowance
  • Entry tickets
  • Monument fees
  • Guide charges
  • Extra kilometers
  • Extra waiting charges
  • Night driving charges

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct personal and travel information
  • Carrying valid government ID proof and travel documents
  • Reporting at the pickup/departure location on time
  • Following safety and travel instructions

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

9. Delay, Force Majeure & Operational Issues

Saawariya Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, or service interruptions caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Strikes
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Any circumstances beyond our control

10. Vehicle & Property Damage

  • Customers must maintain proper behavior during travel.
  • Smoking, illegal activities, damage to vehicles, hotel property, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
  • Any damages caused by customers shall be recovered from the customer directly.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides, and other services may be operated by third-party partners.
  • Saawariya Travels acts as a travel organizer/coordinator and shall not be directly liable for service failures, delays, or negligence caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Saawariya Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss of baggage
  • Theft
  • Missed departures
  • Delay losses
  • Financial losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

except where required under applicable law.

13. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane Maharashtra, India.
